Coined the
"grant
manager", this database driven interface tracks each deliverable
by grant and lists them by responsible parties. It allows a viewer to
pull up reports based upon status, individual, grant, major objective
and dates. Due to the large number of deliverables for two congressionally
appropriated grants from the federal government, this interface is essential
for the management of the objectives and outcomes. The grant coordinator
is notified by email when a responsible party creates a completion report
and the deliverable will go into review for it to be approved. Essentially,
the database is for the grant personnel since it lists each and every
deliverable; however, external evaluators and guests will find this
resource most helpful in tracking the two related grants. Guests have
limited capabilities to view the deliverables and reports.
