Guidelines for Getting Project Eagle Financial Support
for Conference and Meeting Attendance*
November 2003

  1. Attendee is making a presentation (e.g., workshop or poster session) at a conference/meeting in the United States on a subject that is related to Project Eagle or an Eagle-supported development/accomplishment.

  2. Attendee agrees to distribute a flyer about Project Eagle, and make reference to Project Eagle in the presentation slides and any handouts.  (You may obtain fliers and slides from Jennifer Lechner, Project Eagle.)

  3. Attendee is the principal author or program head in the area being presented.

  4. If an attendee's presentation is available in a multimedia format (e.g., Powerpoint), it must be submitted to Project Eagle so that it can be linked to the Project Eagle's Web site - www.spcollege.edu/eagle/research/presentations/

  5. Attendee must submit a TAR to Jennifer Lechner at Project Eagle, Seminole, 6180, for Dr. James Olliver's approval.

  6. Additional questions should be directed to Jennifer Lechner, Seminole, 6180.

  7. Eagle support is limited to the cost of one person per event.

* Exceptions to these guidelines can only be made by appeal to the Project Eagle Action Committee c/o Jennifer Lechner.
